Ellio Marty 45 without rear suspension 2023

In the summer of 2023, Ellio's 2nd model, the Marty, would have been on sale. It is a further development of the Ellio Elite (with its small wheels and low center of gravity) specifically aimed at more comfort (suspension) and more cargo (children or cargo). The frame, available in a normal or a step-through version, is a so-called long-tail due to its elongated rear. The front suspension (new to Ellio), the curved handlebars, the adjustable stem and the fat tires provide the comfort. The front suspension is an upside-down version. The bike is low maintenance due to the transmission via 2 belts and an automatic hub gear: so no more shifting. You can set Your preferred pedalling cadence yourself, even when cycling. The belt for the cyclist, from bottom bracket to rear wheel, is from Gates. The semi mid-motor has its own belt. The drive system is familiar to the Ellio Elites' and includes the unique front and semi-center motor (i.e. all-wheel drive) supplemented with cruise control and an extra electric coaster brake, a large 1150 Wh battery and a color display. The drive system is completely concealed in the swingarm and in this way the left belt is also better protected. Options: a second (not connected) battery fixed next to the rear luggage carrier that has to be changed manually € 1,665.00, rear suspension (see the separate model above), luggage carrier Cargo € 200, children's seat + footboard € 300, pocket for children's seat € 200, cargo box hardshell case rear € 600, ABS from Blubrake: price not yet known.
